Transcription: Place the rolling pin in the center of the dough. Press gently but firmly and hold your hands flat on each side of the pin. Keep an even pressure as you move it back and forth. Rotate the dough a quarter turn to make sure that it does not stick to the table. Check the size and thickness of the dough. Carefully brush away the excess flour. Roll it around the pin and then unroll it upside down onto the baking sheet. Prick the dough with a fork. you
